Plant & garden problems often fall into two categories, namely water and soils. Request a techical consult from Design's Touch and we will identify and correct any lawn and garden issues you may have.
Water
The key to landscape water management in the Sonoran Desert is to water infrequently and deeply. Although there are exceptions such as overseeding lawns and annuals, problems relating to watering can usually be traced back to this aspect of water management.
Another other common issue we find in the field is plants requiring different amounts of water that are placed on the same irrigation zone.
We are capable of not only diagnosing water management issues , but also correcting them.
Soils
Although our native soils suport native plants, there are a large number of plants that are planted in the Valley that often have very different soil requirements. In these cases treatments such as thoise that improve the "yellowish" appearance of Gardenia and Arabian Jasmine, as well as Queen Palm treatments are available from us.
